I started in our sales department, cold calling throughout the Nordics to build up a pipeline of customers. As I started securing larger and larger accounts, I was naturally involved in many high level business decisions and this lead to me being invited into the management team as a business developer.
From October 2021 I got the opportunity to take the position as Chief Customer Officer, building up the ways we work with our customers. A very exciting opportunity having full responsibility for all of our customers and the solution they use.
And Today, with everything that's happening in our sales pipeline, I have got the opportunity to strengthen my focus on working with our largest accounts as VP Accounts. With they journey we have ahead of us, nothing is more crucial then building an organisation to care for our most important stakeholders, our customers.
