I'm an energetic person and feel excited when visualizing the journey we have ahead of us. I've always wanted to build something that I can look back on and really feel proud about. That feeling I want to share with everyone involved in the company and I believe in a company where everyone feels included, have ton of autonomi and are as excited as I am about building something impressive together.
In many aspects I'm the typical sales rep; I really love negotiation and business opportunities. At the same time, I want to challenge the sales rep-stereotyp. I want sales to be honest and transparent. We must say no to deals where we aren't convinced we can create value for the customer, and I hate the concept of someone within sales making promises to customers (like features that doesn't exist) that puts others under a lot of stress to deliver. Our job should be to describe Pej and guide customers make an educated decision.
If you are interested in building something with an impact and the concept of growth we will connect instantly. If you want to do that while hjärtlighet (warm heartedness(?)) and transparency are core values, Pej would be the place where we do that :)
